Privacy Policy

Tidy Fit ("we", "us") is an iPhone app published as "Tidy Fit" and operated by its independent developer in Utah, USA. This policy explains what the app does with information. Short version: your room scans stay on your phone, and we don't sell your data.

Room scans

Tidy Fit uses your iPhone's camera and LiDAR sensor (via Apple's RoomPlan / ARKit) to measure your closet or pantry. Scans and the resulting measurements are processed and stored on your device. We do not upload your scans, photos or camera feed to our servers. We ask for camera permission only to scan; you can revoke it anytime in iOS Settings. Deleting the app deletes its saved scans.

Purchases

The app download and Tidy Fit Plus are sold through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Apple processes your payment; we never see your card details. We receive limited transaction information from Apple (such as whether a subscription is active, and aggregate sales reports) so we can unlock features. If you use a creator offer code, we may see which code was redeemed so we can credit that creator; this is not linked to your name.

Product recommendations and retailer links

Tidy Fit suggests storage products and may link to third-party retailers. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. When you tap a link you leave the app, and the retailer's own privacy policy applies, including any cookies or tracking they use.

Information we don't collect

We don't require an account, and we don't collect your name, address, contacts or precise location. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Diagnostics

If you've opted in to share analytics with app developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics.

Email

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete it when no longer needed.

Children

Tidy Fit is meant for adults organizing their homes and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and rights

Because scans stay on your device, you control them: delete them in the app or delete the app. Depending on where you live (for example, in certain U.S. states), you may have rights to access or delete personal information; contact us and we'll help.

We'll post updates on this page and change the effective date.
